Airplane engine seal fitting marking

Requirement:

Character height: 4mm Marking depth: 0.1mm

Marking speed: 2 characters/per second.

Manual loading and unloading.

Marking solution: GM108 marking head with a rotary fixture driven by a step motor and digital control.

Comment: The digital controlled rotary fixture is the key to this marking application

Car Engine Marking

Requirement: Marking on engine block, Character height: 6mm, marking depth: 0.15mm, Marking speed 2 characters/per second. Automatic feeding.

Marking solution: GM108 marking head installed next to the production line. Marking head extend to start marking once receive a input signal from external equipment. The marking controller sends a signal once marking end.

Comments: The difference between pneumatic stylus and scriber marking are 

Scriber is quiet but requires fixture to make engine steady since scriber apply great force.

There is 75db noise from pneumatic stylus marking, but no fixture is required. The weight of engine makes it stable enough for the light force from pneumatic stylus marking.

Name plate marking for cars

 

Requirement:

Automatic marking.

Character height: 6mm

Marking depth: 0.15mm

Marking speed: 2 characters/per second

Marking solution: GM108 marking head with a customer deigned feeding device. Fully automatically mark 100 pieces of name plate that hold in the magazine at a time.

Heave duty engine

 

Requirement:  Marking on heavy duty engine block.  Character height: 8 mm

Marking depth: 0.15mm

Marking speed: 2 characters/per second

 

Marking solution: GM108 mounted on a fixture and held by a balance hoister. The fixture will hold the marking head against the engine block. Operator pull down the marking head with fixture to start marking once engine move into the position.

Drill pipe

Requirement: Marking on the circumference of the pipes, character height: 6 mm, marking depth: 0.25mm, marking speed: 2 characters/per second. Pipe length: 1m to 4m Diameter: from 40mm to 200mm. Manual loading and unloading.

Marking solution: GM108 marking head and CR200 rotary fixture. One end of the pipe is hold by the rotary fixture, the other end of pipe is held by adjustable stand. The system mark on all of those sizes of pipes.

Comments:  Simply the best solution.
